4H Bike Ride (Clarification)

Hi, could you please post this updated notice. I forgot some information. Thanks, Steve

There will be a 4H bike ride from Chassell beach to Houghton beach Saturday the 25th of September. We'll meet at 1:00 and take the trail to Houghton where we'll have a little pizza party at about 3:00. My sons Alex and Daniel will be leading the ride and we hope to have some fun. Come join us. Contact Carol to sign up, Carol's info is below.

***Please note that parents are always welcome to ride with. This is for the whole family, but children can come by themselves too. There will be adult supervision. I will be riding with as well. Bike helmets are required. ****

Weekly Hike – Gardener Creek

Gardener Creek – across from the Calumet Water Works on Thursday September 23rd, 2010 at 1pm. Gardener Creek has a nice wide path that goes a couple miles. Bring water, snacks, ziplock bags (for any samples you may want to collect for science/art), binoculars, etc.

Also, it was brought to my attention that I should remind people that the hikes can continue even after swimming starts. If you would rather plan a hike instead of swimming or if you'd like to plan a hike for a different time/day – just let me know and I'll put it on the Updates! Or come to the hike and we'll talk about this!
