David to return Saturday

Due to bad weather in the northern Lower Peninsula, Joan and David will be stopping part way on their trip home. Their arrival in the Copper Country is tentatively expected to be later on Saturday afternoon. We will post more details as we have them.

David

After months of treatment for leukemia, David (withheld for archive) will be returning home with his mother Joan on Friday or Saturday. As a show of support, the community is invited to gather at the Copper Country Christian School on Paradise and Broemer Roads. We will be placing candles along the road and in the Gockenbach's yard, which is near the school. Please dress warmly. Between David's last doctor appointment and the weather, the exact time of their arrival cannot be determined yet, but watch your email for more details or call
